Germinating Baikal Skullcap Flower Seeds

To germinate Scutellaria baicalensis seeds, stratify them in a damp paper towel in a sealed plastic bag for 30 days in the refrigerator. Then, sow the seeds on a moist seedling mix, cover lightly, and maintain a temperature around 68-77°F (20-25°C) until germination occurs in 14-28 days.
