Tidy Tips (Layia platyglossa), also known as Piedmont Tidy Tips or Goldfields, is a species of annual flowering plant native to California and Oregon. It is recognizable by its daisy-like yellow and white flowers with distinctively fringed petals. Tidy Tips typically grows up to 1 foot tall and forms clumps of slender stems. This plant prefers full sun and well-drained soil, making it suitable for rock gardens, borders, or container planting. It can be grown in USDA hardiness zones 3-10.
