Germinating Northern Blue Flag Flower Seeds

To germinate Iris versicolor, collect fresh seeds and cold stratify them in a moist medium for about 60-90 days at temperatures between 34-41°F (1-5°C). Then, sow the seeds in a well-draining soil mix and keep them consistently moist until germination occurs.
