Yellow Giant Hyssop, scientifically known as Agastache nepetoides, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to North America. It is commonly referred to as Yellow Giant Hyssop or Yellow Giant Anise Hyssop. This species features attractive yellow flowers with tubular petals arranged in whorls on tall, upright stems. Growing up to 4 feet in height, it thrives in moist to wet soil conditions and is often found in woodland areas, along stream banks, and in meadows. Yellow Giant Hyssop is suitable for USDA hardiness zones 4 to 8. Gardeners can propagate this plant by obtaining Agastache nepetoides seeds.
