Angelica (Angelica archangelica) is a tall flowering plant belonging to the Apiaceae family. It is commonly known as Garden Angelica or Holy Ghost. With its stout, hollow stems, lobed leaves, and large umbels of greenish-white flowers, Angelica has a distinct appearance. This biennial plant can reach heights of 6 to 8 feet upon maturity.
