Germinating Aztec Tobacco Flower Seeds
To germinate Nicotiana rustica, sow the seeds in a seed tray filled with moist seed compost. Keep the tray in a warm and bright location, ensuring the soil remains consistently moist. Germination typically occurs within 7-10 days.

Seeds arrived on time. I started the seeds by wetting a paper towel, sprinkling seeds on it, and placing the paper towel in a ziploc sandwich bag. I put the bag under grow lights for about 12 hours a day and after 7-8 days the seeds began to germinate. I carefully transferred the seedlings to some seed starting trays, misted the soil with water, placed the trays in a gallon sized plastic ziploc bag, and placed it back under the grow lights. So far, they appear to be thriving and growing a little each day. Very satisfied with this purchase so far. Photo was taken about 14 days after I first placed the seeds on the wet paper towel.
